Return & Cancellation Policy Made Hair Academy AB
At Made Hair Academy AB, we offer non-physical services in the form of scalp micropigmentation (SMP) treatments. Because SMP is a cosmetic service performed by a specialist, traditional product returns do not apply. Instead, the following policies regulate cancellations, refunds and appointment changes.
1. Service Type
Our treatments are performed in person at our clinics. No physical products are shipped.
2. No Returns on Completed Services
Once a treatment session has been completed, no refunds are issued.
Results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle and aftercare. A full SMP result normally requires 3-3 separate sessions.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows are fully charged.
4. Booking & Payment
Clients pay per session, not for the full treatment course.
Prices for individual sessions are listed on our website.
5. Corrections
If adjustments are needed, they are performed during the following scheduled sessions.
