1. Consultations & Treatment Process

1.1 Mandatory consultation

All clients must complete a consultation before their first treatment.

This can be done via phone, chat, video consultation, or an in-clinic visit.

During the consultation, we assess:

• skin type

• hair loss pattern and level

• pigment retention potential

• suitability for SMP

• expected number of required sessions

• realistic final result

Made Hair Academy reserves the right to decline treatment if the client is not considered a suitable candidate.

1.2 Number of sessions

A complete and long-lasting SMP result normally requires 3 treatment sessions, spaced 7–14 days apart.

The exact number may vary depending on:

• skin type

• healing and pigment absorption

• extent of hair loss

• desired density

A full result cannot be guaranteed after only one session.

1.3 Aftercare responsibility

Clients are fully responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by Made Hair Academy.

Improper aftercare may negatively affect the final outcome and does not qualify as grounds for refund or complaint.

2. Pricing & Payments

2.1 Payment per session

All SMP treatments at Made Hair Academy are billed per session.

Each visit is charged separately and the listed price corresponds to one treatment session only, not the full treatment course.

A complete result typically requires 2–3 separate payments (one per session).

2.2 Price changes

Prices may change at any time.

Existing confirmed bookings will not be affected.

2.3 Accepted payment methods

Payment is made using the methods available on our website or directly at the clinic.

3. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

3.1 Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled treatment time.

3.2 Late cancellations & no-shows

• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours): full charge

• No-shows: full charge

This applies regardless of the reason, as your appointment time is exclusively reserved.

4. Refunds, Returns & Complaints

4.1 No refund for completed sessions

Payments for completed treatment sessions are non-refundable.

4.2 Treatment results

Scalp micropigmentation is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure.

Individual results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, healing, and aftercare.

Variations in pigment retention or fading do not constitute grounds for a refund.

4.3 Corrective sessions

If adjustments are needed, they are normally performed during the following scheduled sessions.

Extra sessions beyond the standard 2–3 sessions may incur additional cost.

5. Medical & Client Responsibilities

5.1 Health conditions

You are required to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or scalp issues prior to treatment.

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect your eligibility.

5.2 Age requirement

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatment.

6. Personal Data & Privacy

We handle all personal information in accordance with GDPR.

Your data is used only for booking, communication, consultation, and treatment purposes.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Made Hair Academy is not responsible for:

• improper healing caused by lack of aftercare

• pigment changes due to sun exposure, skin conditions, or medications

• unrealistic expectations not aligned with consultation information

All clients must understand that SMP is a cosmetic simulation of hair follicles, not actual hair growth.
